Legal Counsel

Legal Counsel Reports To Director of Legal Counsel Responsibilities and Duties Provide legal advice and support on a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leases, financing & operations Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions Coordinate with external counsel on legal matters Other legal duties as required Qualifications & Experience Required Member in good standing with one of the Canadian provincial law societies Real Estate experience is required Experience in drafting legal documents Strong organizational, communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast paced and high-volume environment Attention to details Fully bilingual in French & English Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload Discretion and confidentiality
