Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental legislation within the manufacturing facility. Conduct regular assessments and reviews of health and safety practices, identifying areas for improvement. Lead and support the implementation of health and safety initiatives and programs. Collaborate with the Director of Health and Safety to develop and update policies, procedures, and best practices.
