Job Description

We are currently seeking a full-time Manager, Salesforce Enablement to join our team. As the Manager, Salesforce Enablement, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Salesforce Financial Services Cloud initiatives. Reporting to the Director, Marketing & Sales Enablement, you will be responsible for enhancing user engagement, optimizing Salesforce functionalities, and ensuring seamless communication and adoption across all RPIA channels. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales and marketing teams, empowering them with the tools and insights needed to achieve our business goals. The duties and responsibilities of the Manager, Salesforce Enablement include but are not limited to: User Engagement & Training: Trains, manages, and engages all Salesforce Financial Services Cloud users. Reporting & Dashboard Creation: Creates reports and dashboards using Enablement report types to provide timely and relevant insights to the sales team. Adoption & Communication: Drives the adoption/engagement activities and communications plan. Stakeholder Management: Manages engagement with stakeholders and effectively communicates release contents and expected capabilities across all RPIA channels – Retail Advisor, Offshore, Institutional, Wealth Manager, and High-Net-Worth. Change Management: Drives and manages change initiatives, focusing on impact and promoting new ways of working. Problem Solving: Facilitates problem-solving on a day-to-day basis, working closely with the development team on implementation challenges. Feature Backlog Management: Partners with business units to create and prioritize the features backlog, details user stories in Agile sprints, and ensures capabilities are in-scope, timely, and of high quality. Agile Team Leadership: Plays a leadership role in the Agile team, managing and prioritizing backlog contents and ensuring sufficient depth of groomed items for consumption and commitment. Critical Competencies: Technical Knowledge – Strong understanding of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Account Engagement, CRM Analytics, and Agile methodologies. Problem-Solving – Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to facilitate solutions and handle implementation challenges. Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders, including executives and convey complex information. Change Management – Ability to manage and drive change, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and tools. Leadership – Strong leadership skills to guide Agile teams and manage user engagement and training initiatives. Collaboration – Strong aptitude for working collaboratively with business partners and development teams. Attention to Detail – Exceptional attention to detail in managing backlogs, user stories, and release communications. Project Management – Proven ability to manage projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are maintained. Teamwork – Strong aptitude to motivate team members and encourage a thriving, team-first culture. Brings a spirit of collaboration with the ability to maintain strong working relationships with peers and leaders within the organization. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Salesforce administration or enablement roles. Proven experience in Agile methodologies and project management. Strong understanding of financial services and related Salesforce solutions. Strong analytical skills and business acumen Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
