What You'll Be Doing Duties & Responsibilities Establish streamlined shop flow to ensure rental equipment is always ready for use. Prioritize tasks and enforce a preventative maintenance schedule. Supervise gasfitters, guiding them in setting priorities and adhering to maintenance schedules and CSA B149 codes and or municipalities regulations Coach and develop branch employees to enhance their skills Provide management with informed recommendations regarding rental fleet inventory. Collaborate with other departments to optimize fleet utilization and revenue Champion company safety policies at the branch level. Ensure compliance with TDG and other safety regulations Demonstrate a strong understanding of all company operating policies Uphold organizational standards Work closely with colleagues across all levels to foster a team-based approach to problem solving What You'll Bring To The Table: Qualifications and Requirements Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the equipment rental and construction industry Familiarity with propane and climate control solutions is essential A working knowledge of the CSA B149 Natural Gas and Propane Installation Code would be an asset Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong leadership and management skills Post-secondary education is an asset Valid driver's license with a clean or satisfactory driver's abstract (no more than three demerit points) Want to learn more about this as well as other opportunities at Cooper?
