Job Description

We have a new opening for a Senior Campaign / Account Manager to take ownership of high profile client projects.

The focus of the role will be to deliver retail/shopper and live brand experience campaigns both at store level and out-of-store. You will be responsible for leading the project management of campaigns through creation, planning, budgeting, implementation, and evaluation.

You will be the main point of contact day to day for our end clients, ensuring the campaigns are run efficiently and effectively. You will be based in our Maidenhead office with visits to site for planning purposes, N2O's warehouses for logistics and of course at the activation itself, representing N2O and sometimes the client.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing strong relationships with key clients.
  • Working with our Client Services and Account Directors to respond to client briefs and to establish a clear project plan for each campaign.
  • Understanding clients’ needs and their key objectives/metrics for success.
  • Identifying and coordinating all relevant resources that need to contribute to the planning, specification, creation or delivery of a campaign.
  • Leading day-to-day management of client deliverables and troubleshooting any issues.
  • Working closely with internal departments, ensuring they have the right information in order to fulfil their part in a campaign.
  • Ensuring campaigns are delivered within agreed costs and hitting clients’ KPIs.
  • Mentoring / developing junior members of staff

Requirements

  • At least two years of successful professional experience in a similar Campaign or Account Management role or experience working in an agency or FMCG/Retail client environment.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills to write strong campaign reports, training documents, internal and external emails and deliver solid presentations.
  • Strong project management experience with the ability to work across multiple fast-moving projects with multiple clients
  • Proven client relationship development skills and the ability to think beyond the immediate execution
  • Experience in managing and developing people.
  • Good understanding of campaign reporting and analysis.
  • High level of IT literacy, including the ability to analyse data, use spreadsheets and produce reports. (Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel – oh and Microsoft Teams!).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Possession of a proactive, ‘can-do’, problem-solving attitude.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen and evidence of effective budget management experience.
  • Collaborative team player
  • Hold a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle for business purposes.
  • Can work flexibly including weekends when campaigns are running (time in lieu provided)
  • Live within commutable distance to Maidenhead office
