Regional Sales Executive (Field Based, M4 Corridor, Wiltshire, Dorset)

We are currently partnered with a global services business who operate across a variety of verticals. Currently, they are looking to grow one of their specialist teams. They are looking to bring in a field-based Regional Sales Executive to develop their relationships and to grow their market share within the care homes sector.
As a Regional Sales Executive, you will have a passion for driving new business opportunities and new relationships within the healthcare sector. You will be working with existing and new customers within the care home sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales Targets:Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets for specified products and services.
- Customer Presentations:Deliver compelling presentations to prospective customers to secure new business opportunities.
- Customer Insight:Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and competitor offerings to tailor solutions effectively.
- Price Negotiation:Negotiate optimal prices to ensure profitability while maintaining a competitive edge.
- Relationship Building:Maintain proactive engagement with potential customers to foster relationships and enhance sales prospects.
- Lead Generation:Conduct thorough research and leverage your knowledge of the customer base to generate high-quality leads.
- CRM Management:Keep the CRM system up to date with daily activities including cold calls and pipeline management.
- Proposal Customisation:Create tailored proposals that meet the unique needs of prospective clients.
- Contract Administration:Ensure all contract documentation is accurate and submitted promptly.
- Performance Reporting:Prepare and present monthly sales reports, tracking performance against targets.
What are they looking for?
A track record of success within a new business role within the Services sector.
A consultative approach to developing relationships with existing and new customers.
Any experience selling into healthcare, or the Care Home sectors would be beneficial but not a requirement.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Someone who is comfortable working in a fast paced and targeted environment.
Whats on offer?
A basic salary between £35,000 and £40,000
