Showroom Manager

Lloyd Recruitment Services are working on a fantastic job opportunity for a Showroom Manager to join a market leading company based in Watford.

You will be responsible for all aspects of running and maintaining an efficient Showroom operation, along with managing and providing support to the team.

Our client is looking for someone from a showroom/builders merchants background, ideally with a passion for home improvements and is comfortable with heavy lifting.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising and mentoring a team: responsible for guiding and supporting a small team
• Customer interaction and sales management: handling customer enquiries, sales, and communication via face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and emails
• Scheduling and coordination: efficiently managing work schedules for engineers
• Order processing: ensuring smooth processing of incoming orders
• Inventory oversight: supporting stock control operations
• Physical logistics: safely handling the loading and unloading of vehicles, including heavy lifting
• Collaboration and problem-solving: working closely with colleagues and suppliers to address operational challenges
• Quality assurance: verifying the condition and quantity of all received goods against delivery notes
