Senior Research / Insight Manager

We’re looking for a fantastic Senior Insight Manager who has 5+ years’ experience. Maybe you’re looking to take a step up, or get back into your research career after a bit of a break, or get out of London etc to the (relatively) fresh air of Leicestershire. We are a relatively small full service agency, half a dozen of us right now, so we are looking for someone that thrives with autonomy, but also values being part of a close-knit team. We guarantee variety, as we work on projects across a range of categories and with a blend of methods. There is no typical week!

Ideally you will have both qualitative skills (running groups/depths, the analysis and debriefs) and equally be motivated by quantitative design and analysis. In particular you’ll be commercially minded and enjoy getting to grips with the data to have meaningful conversations with clients on insight and strategy. We'll fit the role around you, ideally with a hybrid arrangement, so you can get the best of both worlds.

• Confident with clients - happy leading project calls, taking a brief and formulating a project plan, and then progressing it through from inception to debrief
• Happy to work both on your own and with project teams
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Training and mentoring of junior staff
• Curious and inquisitive
• Hands-on, team player, willing to roll your sleeves up and collaborate
• Proposal writing experience
• Used to building strong relationships with clients and suppliers
• Passion for interrogating data to answer research challenges
• Used to finding the meaning in the data that will result in specific action-based recommendations to help our clients build their brands

Brand Ignite is 11 years old, based in the heart of Leicester. We are very proud to work with fantastic brands including Domino’s, PepsiCo, Asda, Greene King, Kenwood, Leeds Building Society and others. We have our own qual viewing facility, Ignition Rooms, where we run our focus groups, and it is also available for external agencies and clients to use.
