Contracts Manager (MEICA)
Salary:Up to £85,000 + excellent benefits

Mix of office, site, home working

Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation

We are looking forcandidates with previous experience working in MEICA within the water or utilities sectors.

As a MEICA Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for allocated projects and site activities. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple projects and all project-related design, construction, commissioning, and handover activities as well as programme, budget, and commercial accountabilities.

The successful candidate is likely to meet all the following criteria:

• Excellent communication skills harnessing the ability to effectively manage the MEICA team, 3rdparties and civil clients.
• A team player with the ability to co-ordinate project-related activities with clients consultants and 3rdparties with the ability to work individually.
• Methodical approach with a clear focus on client, customer, and quality.
• Strong leadership qualities and a natural problem solver.
• Able to prioritise a varied workload and demonstrate good time management to comply with deadlines.
• Able to work in a busy environment under pressure.
• Possess a can do attitude and can provide support to other members of the team as required.
• Methodical, and organised, with excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Degree/HND/HNC or equivalent
• SMSTS/SSSTS qualification
• CSCS card qualification
• First Aid qualification (optional)
