A leading British manufacturer providing high-quality products to both domestic and international markets.

Main duties:
To be accountable for driving new business growth by strategically developing a robust distribution network throughout Europe to cater to diverse industry sectors.

The role:
- To proactively drive new business and revenue streams with the dedicated support of the Head of Sales
- To significantly expand the company's network by confidently partner with European distributor
- To effectively manage and implement the sales budget while meeting the predetermined sales targets
- To explore new applications, markets, and opportunities for existing product portfolios to achieve company growth
- To maximize sales revenue by expertly upselling and cross-selling product range to new clients and distributors
- To maintain proactive involvement, attendance at regular sales meetings, management meetings, and exhibitions when needed
- To work within pricing guidelines to ensure our company's success and profitability
- To comply with all the Companys procedures, and policies
- To attend trainings and to develop relevant product knowledge
- To vising clients in Europe on regular basis- around 50% of the time

The candidate:
- Fluent in French or German
- Experience as a Business Development Manager essential
- Experience working within a SME manufacturing environment a plus
- Self-motivated and driven by results
- Dynamic, ambitious with excellent communication skills
- Flexible and willing to travel
