Iconic Resourcing HR are working with a well-regarded organisation with an enviable reputation in their search for an experience HR Business Partner to join them to cover a period of 12-18 months.


Reporting into the HR Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Oversee a team of three, providing line management, development, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for business areas, offering generalist guidance, specialist advice on disciplinary, capability, and grievance matters, and managing recruitment and flexible working requests.
  • Handle all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including generating recruitment and payroll documentation.
  • Conduct and manage annual appraisals, aligning with firm training initiatives, and ensuring timely completion and feedback.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies in compliance with legislative and organizational requirements and assist in the advancement of HR management systems.
  • Manage the market analysis on terms and conditions, salary review processes, and present final recommendations to relevant groups.
  • Lead HR-related projects such as redundancies, TUPE transfers, and outsourcing, while also participating in the graduate and summer placement programs.
  • Chair specific focus group quarterly meetings and manage associated projects.
  • Deputise for the HR Director as needed.


We are seeking applications from candidate with the following experience:


  • Proven experience working at HR Business Partner level with line management responsibilities, preferably within the professional services sector
  • Exposure to working with a busy team and dealing with conflicting priorities
  • Ability to use your own initiative to resolve problems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ideally CIPD qualified or degree educated in a relevant discipline.
