Your new company

You will be joining a leading Social Housing provider on a 12 month fixed term contract providing services and support across the Worcestershire and West Midlands area.

Your new role

This role will play a vital role within the organisation and their repairs/maintenance department across a large property portfolio. You will be diagnosing issues such as compliance, disrepair, and damp , and then creating schedules of work.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need an understanding of Damp and Building Surveying, and experience within the public sector or with social housing providers would be beneficial. Any charterships ie RICS or CIOB would be beneficial.

What you'll get in return

Salary of up to £50,000 dependent on experience

12 Month FTC
