The Role:

As a SCM WMS Functional Consultant, you will be responsible to work on implementation of Supply chain and Warehouse management processes into D365 F&O.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead/drive the blueprinting discussions with customer business team (outcome based).
• Prepare Solution blueprint for SCM and WMS process requirements.
• Visit customer Warehouse to understand the business operations.
• Evaluate customer existing applications that manage SCM and WMS operations.
• Prepare Fit/gap analysis for all requirements based on discussions with customer.
• Configure demos to be presented to customer during blueprinting and Sprint show & tell sessions.
• Prepare Functional design document for requirements/User stories related to Finance.
• Solution Design, Data model design for all SCM and WMS requirements.
• Provide inputs for data migration and integration design.
• Participate in Functional and User Acceptance Testing as and when required.
• Support Testing team, training team with functionality.
• Work on Training documentation and train the trainers.
• Prepare functional cutover plan.
• Support deployment and hyper care.

Your Profile:

Key skills/knowledge/experience:

• Excellent Proficiency on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Advanced Warehouse management.
• Very strong knowledge of the SCM & WMS business processes and modules.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Excellent documentation and articulation skills.
• Ability to do requirement analysis, documentation, solution designing.
• Good Proficiency in Solution architecture and design concepts.
• Experience with convergence with Interface and Third-Party systems.
• Experience of at least two SCM and Advanced WMS implementations using Dynamics 365 F&O and AX 2012. At least one using Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Experience of working in Agile methodology & working under pressure and to deadlines.
• Experience of preparing FRD, FDD.

Good to have:

• Knowledge of Power Platform – PowerApps, Power BI and Power Automate.
• Microsoft certification desired.
