FP&A Analyst

Grafton Banks Finance is working with a growing PE backed business to recruit a newly created FP&A Analyst role.

As part of a growing division in this business this role will play a vital part in taking responsibility and ownership for the oversight of all financial planning, reporting and analysis.

We are looking for a qualified accountant (finalist will also be considered) with experience in FP&A and advanced Excel skills. Strong communications skills and the analytical skills to make insightful recommendations from complex data are essential.

Key tasks:

• Production and management of annual budgets and rolling forecasting processes.
• Monthly analysis of actual performance and trends vs budget/forecast assumptions.
• Customer & Contract profitability analysis and reporting
• Product portfolio profitability analysis
• Provide analytical support to the group teams.
• Ad hoc and high value-add analysis as required.

Our client offers hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days expected in the offices. Salary range is £50,000 – 60,000 + benefits including 10-15% bonus and 25 days holiday. The business is growing, both in the UK and internationally, the successful applicant will join a finance team that can offer progression and exposure to exciting projects.
