Location: Hertfordshire

Salary: Up to £65k/annum + Package

My client is a well respected developer seeking a Technical Coordinator to join them to oversee 2 sites in Hertfordshire. They have an excellent technical side and have a number of upcoming projects, as well as having a well established team.

Projects:

• 170 unit residential project, consisting of one and two bedroom apartments and three and four bedroom homes and a 160 unit scheme consisting of 1-4 bedroom homes.
• Communal landscaped courtyards and private gardens
• Sustainable building methods, with all homes being designed to adhere to the Code for Sustainable Homes Level 5
• At least 5 years worth of work with more schemes upcoming

Role:

As Design Coordinator you will:

• Provide technical design co-ordination and to manage the delivery of this information
• Appoint and manage consultants and to manage allocated projects
• Work with consultants for timely issue of information to enable programmes to be adhered to
• Provide technical advice on schemes being considered for purchase and prepared for planning applications

Profile

Candidates applying to this role must:

• Have experience as a technical coordinator managing a site
• Previously worked for a developer/main contractor
• Have good time management and the ability to adhere to deadlines
• Have excellent communication skills, with the necessity to liaise with internal staff and external bodies
