Role: UK Client is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to:

• Manage QA processes across multiple IT domains including application development, e-commerce and all client-facing systems as well as internal business systems
• Lead QA team to meet/exceed customer expectations
• Develop & implement QA procedures, processes & metrics
• Ensure org-wide adherence to QA standards
• Require balance of technical, soft & management skills
• Maintain high-quality standards for software, products & services

Alongside quality assurance, reviews, project management and leadership we are looking for someone who can Identify and evaluate QMS-related policies and processes, Assist in QMS design and provide expert input for new policies, procedures, and business processes.

This is a role where we need you to be the expert, it is not a training role, but a position that comes with a lot of autonomy and respect where they will look to you to make the changes necessary and make the role your own. It would help if you were tech-savvy; by this we mean someone who can Anticipate and adopt digital/tech innovations, ensure team has resources for tech advancements and training, and deploy new technologies to enhance group/business effectiveness.

Salary on offer is 65K + Bens. 2 days a week in the office, commutable from Nottingham, Leicester and Derby. Parking onsite.
